REGISTRATION PROCEDURE SEASON 2023-2024
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE HAVE YOUR ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER READ. GO TO SERVICES NSW SITE (www.service.gov.au) AND SEARCH ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER.
Then click the relevant link on this page to begin the registration process. You will be directed to the new registration system PlayHQ.
In that process you will ultimately need to select one of the below, please select the correct option for the child you are registering:
OPTION 1. JUNIOR BLASTERS – THIS FOR BEGINNERS ONLY AND SESSIONS ARE ON FRIDAY 4PM AT CHATSWOOD HIGH SCHOOL FIELD.
OPTION 2. MASTER BLASTERS – FOR AGE GROUPS 6 AND 7 ONLY AND SESSION ARE ON SATURDAY AT 8AM AT CHATSWOOD HIGH SCHOOL FIELD.
OPTION 3. JUNIOR COMP – FOR AGES 8 TO 17
You will need to create a login if you do not already have one. Please create the login under the parent name.
If you are setting up PlayHQ for the first time, this is where you add the player/child details.
Select I am registering someone else, Register new family member or dependent? Continue? Player and then follow the registration process through to the end.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE ALL BOXES – DON’T LEAVE BLANKS AND IF SOMETHING DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU – INSERT, NOT APPLICABLE (note address fields must be validated and not be blue. Also some additional questions that may not be relevant such as ‘next school’ and ‘who do you want to play with’ are mandatory and must be completed with something like ‘N/A’ if not applicable).
NOTES:
- If you are registering multiple players/children you can just add them to your profile (rather than having individual logins for each player like in MyCricket, you now just have
one)
- If you already have a PlayHQ login you use the same login

Boys and Girls welcome at all ages
The Active Kids $50 dollar discount is available for those who qualify
Formally “Junior Blasters”, this program is for boys and girls learning the basic skills of the game (approx. age 5-7)
Opportunities for Parent Involvement
Teaches basic cricket skills
60 minute sessions
Minimum 6 week program
All equipment provided
Fun and safe environment
Caters for children with a disability
Eligible for Active Kids vouchers
Formally “Master Blasters”, this is perfect for boys & girls who can bowl with a straight arm over 14m
Age range is generally between 7-10 but will vary based on ability and experience
Opportunities for Parent Involvement
Includes modified games of cricket
Minimum of 6 games with each session lasting up to 90 minutes
All equipment provided
Caters for children with a disability
Eligible for Active Kids vouchers entitling participants to up to $50 off their program fee
